The challenge was to create an experiential in-store installation that drew people in and integrated ROI measurement without screaming "MARKETING" for Tokyo Smoke, one of the busiest foot-traffic stores in Toronto.

Working within a limited budget and the added complexity of integrating multiple brands into one cohesive experience, I partnered with the Marketing team and Sister Merci to create “THC Station”, a playful reimagining of a Toronto subway platform, inspired by the iconic TTC. Branded ads with QR codes, a custom newsstand, stickers, and spray paint elements were thoughtfully incorporated to unify the brands while maintaining an authentic, street-level vibe.
